San Francisco 49ers Fantasy Football Guide 2026: CMC's Health and Kittle's Value

The 49ers offense is a fantasy goldmine when healthy — and a headache when it's not. Christian McCaffrey's injury history creates the biggest draft-day debate on this roster.

Christian McCaffrey — RB · ADP ~6 · Draft Range: Round 1

When healthy, CMC is the RB1. The question is whether he stays healthy for 17 games. At ADP 6, you're paying a premium for injury risk. If you're risk-averse, pivot to Bijan or Gibbs. If you want league-winning upside, CMC at the 1.06 is a calculated gamble.

George Kittle — TE · ADP ~32 · Draft Range: Round 3–4

Kittle remains a top-3 TE with elite yards-after-catch ability. In a thin TE landscape, he's worth a Round 3–4 pick if Bowers and McBride are gone.

Brandon Aiyuk — WR · ADP ~90 · Draft Range: Round 9+

Coming off ACL recovery, Aiyuk is a late-round stash with WR2 upside if he returns to form by mid-season. Only draft if you have IR spots.

49ers DST · ADP ~76 · Draft Range: Round 12–13

San Francisco's defense is a legitimate weekly starter in favorable matchups. Draft in the final rounds or stream.
